Chat and In-App Communication & Privacy Rules
- Effective Date: September 30, 2026

1. In-App Communication
Travellios provides in-app chat and communication features to allow Service Takers (“ST”) and Service Providers (“SP”) to communicate regarding a connected journey and the agreed travel support service. Kishreeja LLC, doing business as Travellios (“Travellios”), issues these rules as part of its Terms of Use.
Travellios may also send automated text messages about a connected journey, such as meeting reminders and schedule changes, to the mobile number on your account. Reply STOP to end these texts, and Travellios will honor an opt-out made by any reasonable means within ten (10) business days.
2. Contact Information
When an ST and SP are connected for a journey, certain contact information, such as a mobile telephone number and email address, becomes visible through the Travellios app beginning three (3) days before the scheduled travel date and remains visible until forty-eight (48) hours after the scheduled journey completion time.
Such information must be used only for legitimate purposes related to the connected journey.
3. Privacy of Chat
Users must treat chat communications and personal information obtained through Travellios as private.
Users must not copy, distribute, publish, forward, sell, or otherwise share another user's chat messages or personal information with any other person or third party without authorization. A user may share chat content with Travellios, with law enforcement to report a safety concern, or as Section 42 of the Terms of Use allows.
4. No Use After Completion of Service
After the journey or service has been completed, users must not use another user's personal information obtained through Travellios for any unrelated purpose. The limited exceptions in Section 42 of the Terms of Use, such as returning lost property or responding to an emergency, still apply.
This includes using the information for:
- Personal contact or relationships unrelated to the service;
- Marketing or advertising;
- Solicitation;
- Commercial purposes;
- Sharing with other people; or
- Any other purpose unrelated to the Travellios service.
5. Sensitive Information
Users should not share unnecessary sensitive information through Travellios chat, including passwords, payment information, government identification information, verification information, security codes, or health details beyond what the agreed assistance requires.
6. Chat Review and Safety
Travellios may access or review chat information when reasonably necessary for customer support, safety, security, fraud prevention, dispute investigation, enforcement of Travellios policies, or compliance with applicable law.
Travellios keeps chat records for up to two (2) years after the journey to handle disputes, safety reports, and legal requests, and then deletes them unless a legal hold or open investigation requires longer retention.
Travellios does not guarantee that all communications will be monitored or reviewed.
Travellios records an in-app voice call only after every participant receives notice of the recording and consents before the recording begins.
7. Legal Disclosure
Travellios may disclose personal information or communication records when required or permitted by applicable law, including valid legal process from law enforcement, a court, or a government authority.
8. Misuse of Information
Users are responsible for respecting the privacy of other users. Misuse of another user's personal information or chat communications may result in restriction or suspension of communication features, cancellation of a service connection, or suspension or termination of the user's Travellios account, subject to applicable law. Users may report misuse to support@travellios.com.
9. Privacy Commitment
Travellios does not sell chat messages or contact information exchanged between users. Travellios will handle personal information and communications in accordance with its Privacy Policy, these rules, and applicable law.
10. Survival of Privacy Obligations
The obligation to respect another user's privacy and not misuse their personal information continues after the journey or service has been completed and lasts as long as the user keeps any information obtained through Travellios.
