Travellios may collect information that you provide directly, information generated through your use of our Services, and limited information received from third-party service providers.

1.1 Account and Profile Information

When you create an account or use our Services, we may collect:

• First name and last initial of your last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Date of birth
• Country of residence
• Preferred language(s)
• Travel experience
• User type, including Regular Customer, Service Taker (ST), or Service Provider (SP)
• Travel preferences
• Service requirements
• Accessibility or assistance requirements voluntarily provided by you
• Profile information and other information you choose to provide

For certain journey-related documents, Travellios may identify a user using their first name and last initial of their last name.

Accessibility or assistance information may reveal health or disability details. Travellios uses that information only to match and coordinate the assistance you request, shares it with the connected SP only to the extent the agreed assistance requires, and does not use it for marketing.

1.2 Travel and Booking Information

When you search for or book travel through Travellios, we may collect:

• Departure and arrival locations
• Travel dates and times
• Flight and itinerary information
• Airline information
• Booking and reservation information
• Passenger information
• Baggage information
• Travel preferences
• Service connection information
• Information necessary to coordinate a Service Taker and Service Provider

Travel booking information may be processed through third-party travel technology providers and airlines.

1.3 Identity Verification Information

Travellios may require identity verification before certain users can access or book specific Services.

Where identity verification is required, Travellios uses a third-party identity verification provider to perform the verification process.

The third-party verification provider may collect and verify information including:

• Legal name
• Date of birth
• Government-issued identification number or information from a government-issued identification document
• Biometric information used to verify or match the user's identity with the photograph or information on the identification document

The third-party verification provider (the “Verification Provider”) processes this information for Travellios under a written contract with Travellios and applicable law.

Travellios may receive the verification result, verification status, or other limited information necessary to determine whether the user has successfully completed the required verification.

Users should review the privacy policy of the applicable third-party verification provider to understand how that provider collects, processes, stores, and retains verification information.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Travellios may use personal information to:

• Create and manage your account
• Provide travel booking services
• Process travel reservations
• Connect Service Takers with Service Providers
• Facilitate travel-support services
• Complete identity verification through third-party providers
• Process payments and refunds
• Generate and deliver journey contracts
• Communicate with you regarding bookings and journeys
• Provide customer support
• Process ratings, reviews, complaints, and disputes
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized activity
• Protect the safety and security of users
• Enforce our Terms of Use and other policies
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Improve our website, application, products, and Services
• Conduct operational and business analytics
• Send service-related communications
• Send marketing emails where permitted by law, and marketing calls or texts only with your prior express written consent
• Protect the rights, property, and safety of Travellios, our users, and others

Travellios shares personal information with the following categories of recipients, each under a written contract that limits use to the services performed for Travellios and requires reasonable security measures: airlines and the booking provider, for the passenger and itinerary details needed to issue tickets; the Verification Provider; payment processors; communication, hosting, and customer-support providers; analytics and fraud-prevention providers; and the connected ST or SP, as described in Section 3.

3. INFORMATION SHARED WITH SERVICE TAKERS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS

When a Service Taker and Service Provider are connected for a journey, Travellios may share information reasonably necessary to provide and coordinate the agreed service.

This may include:

• First name and last initial
• Journey information
• Flight or itinerary information
• Travel date and time
• Relevant service requirements
• Mobile telephone number and email address, beginning three (3) days before the scheduled travel date
• Information necessary for coordination and safety

Travellios does not share personal identity verification information with Service Takers or Service Providers.

Verification information, including government-issued identification information, biometric information, or other personal verification information, is not made available to another user through the Travellios platform.

Travellios treats personal verification information as confidential.

Travellios does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share personal verification information for advertising, marketing, or commercial purposes.

Travellios does not share personal verification information with:

• Service Takers
• Service Providers
• Other Travellios users
• Airlines or travel suppliers
• Marketing companies
• Advertisers
• Unrelated commercial organizations
• Other third parties for their independent commercial purposes

Travellios may disclose personal verification information only when required or permitted by applicable law, including when disclosure is necessary in response to:

• A lawful request from police or law enforcement
• A government or governmental agency request
• A regulatory authority
• A court order
• A subpoena
• Legal process
• A legally authorized investigation
• A requirement necessary to comply with applicable law

Where legally permitted, Travellios will seek to limit disclosure to the information reasonably necessary to respond to the applicable lawful request or legal requirement.

The third-party identity verification provider may separately collect, process, store, and retain verification information according to its own privacy policy and applicable law.

When you make a payment, Travellios may receive information such as:

• Transaction amount
• Currency
• Transaction date
• Payment status
• Payment method type
• Billing information
• Refund information
• Dispute information

Payment card information may be processed by third-party payment processors. Your card details go directly to the payment processor, and Travellios does not store full card numbers or security codes on its systems. Travellios receives a transaction record and a processor customer identifier.

7. COMMUNICATIONS

When you communicate with Travellios or use communication features within the Services, we may collect:

• Customer support communications
• Messages
• Service-related communications
• Call-related information
• Reports and complaints
• Dispute information
• Ratings and reviews
• Feedback

Communication features may be available only during specified periods before, during, or after a journey.

If a Service Taker reports a problem with a Service Provider or service, including a suspected no-show, cancellation, failure to provide the agreed service, or other service issue, Travellios may review relevant information.

• Journey information
• Communication records
• Ratings and reviews
• User-submitted information
• Payment information
• Service status
• Other information reasonably necessary to investigate the issue

Information may be shared with the parties involved when reasonably necessary to investigate and resolve the dispute.

10. REVIEWS AND RATINGS

Users may provide ratings, reviews, feedback, and other content concerning their experience.

Travellios may use this information to:

• Improve the Services
• Monitor service quality
• Investigate complaints
• Protect users
• Monitor compliance with our policies

Reviews and ratings may be displayed to other users in accordance with the functionality of the Services.

11. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

Travellios may use cookies, pixels, local storage, analytics tools, and similar technologies to:

• Keep you signed in
• Remember preferences
• Understand website usage
• Improve functionality
• Measure performance
• Detect fraud and security issues

You may control certain cookies through your browser or device settings. Disabling cookies may affect some functionality of the Services.

Where permitted by law, Travellios may send promotional communications.

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications by using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in the communication or by contacting us. Travellios honors an opt-out request, including a reply of STOP to a text message, within ten (10) business days.

You may continue to receive transactional and service-related communications, including booking confirmations, account notices, security notifications, and important service updates.

Travellios may retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• Provide the Services
• Maintain business and transaction records
• Process or resolve disputes
• Prevent fraud and abuse
• Comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations
• Enforce agreements
• Protect our legal rights

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected.

When information is no longer reasonably required, Travellios may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.

14. DATA SECURITY

Travellios uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, misuse, or destruction.

If a breach of the security of Travellios systems involves your personal information, Travellios will notify you in the most expedient time possible and without unreasonable delay, and will notify the Illinois Attorney General when Illinois law requires.

However, no electronic transmission or storage system is completely secure, and Travellios cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and should notify Travellios if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

15. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and only adults 18 or older may create an account. A parent or legal guardian may provide information about a traveler under 18 to book that traveler, and Travellios uses that information only to arrange and support the journey. If Travellios learns that it collected personal information directly from a child under 13, Travellios will delete it promptly.

Travellios does not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

If you believe a child has improperly provided personal information to Travellios, please contact us.

16. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Travellios may use third-party service providers located in the United States or other countries.

As a result, personal information may be processed or stored outside the country where you reside.

Where required by applicable law, Travellios will take appropriate measures regarding international transfers of personal information.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including:

• Accessing personal information
• Correcting inaccurate information
• Requesting deletion
• Requesting information about collection and use
• Requesting a copy of certain information

These rights may be subject to legal exceptions and limitations.

Travellios may need to verify your identity before completing certain privacy requests.

18. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

If you are a California resident, additional rights may apply under applicable California privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act and related amendments.

Where applicable, California residents may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, and certain uses or disclosures of personal information.

Travellios will process applicable requests in accordance with California law.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights provided by applicable law.

19. ILLINOIS PRIVACY

Travellios is operated by Kishreeja LLC and seeks to comply with applicable Illinois privacy and data protection requirements.

Where Illinois law provides applicable privacy rights, Travellios will process requests in accordance with applicable law. The Travellios Biometric Information Notice and Release, posted on the Platform, contains the written retention schedule and destruction guidelines for biometric identifiers.

20. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, applications, airlines, travel suppliers, payment providers, identity verification providers, or other services.

Travellios is not responsible for the privacy practices or security of third-party services.

Users should review the privacy policies of third-party services before providing personal information.

21. BUSINESS TRANSFERS

If Travellios or substantially all of its assets become involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale, bankruptcy, or similar transaction, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law. Any successor must use personal information in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy.

22. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

Travellios may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

When changes are made, we may update the “Last Updated” date and, where required by law, provide additional notice. For a material change, Travellios will email the address on your account at least fourteen (14) days before the change takes effect.

Your continued use of the Services after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective constitutes acknowledgment of the updated policy to the extent permitted by law.
