Travellios — Service Taker Terms
- Effective Date: September 30, 2026
These Service Taker Terms (“ST Terms”) apply to any person who registers or uses Travellios as a Service Taker (“ST”) to receive travel assistance or companionship from a Service Provider (“SP”). Kishreeja LLC, doing business as Travellios (“Travellios”), operates the Platform, and these ST Terms form part of the Terms of Use.
By registering as an ST or using Travellios, the ST agrees to these ST Terms and all applicable Travellios Terms and Policies.

1. Travellios’s Role
Travellios is a technology platform that connects Service Takers with Service Providers for travel assistance and companionship.
Travellios is not an airline, transportation provider, medical provider, nurse, caregiver, security service, emergency service, or employer of the SP. When Travellios sells an airline ticket, it acts as a ticket seller through a third-party booking provider, and the airline operates the flight.
2. Service Taker Responsibilities
The ST is responsible for carefully reviewing and selecting the SP before completing the booking and payment.
Before selecting an SP, the ST must carefully review, as applicable:
- Travel date;
- Route;
- Destination;
- Itinerary;
- SP profile and available details;
- SP travel information;
- SP rating;
- SP reviews;
- Available service details; and
- Any other relevant information displayed by Travellios.
The ST is responsible for determining whether the selected SP is suitable for the ST's travel needs and requested assistance.
3. Service Provider Selection and Confirmation
The ST must carefully select the SP before completing payment.
However, Travellios may change or replace the SP when necessary because of SP cancellation, no-show, safety concerns, verification issues, availability issues, or another circumstance requiring a change. Travellios will notify the ST before the change takes effect, and the ST may decline the replacement SP and receive the refund stated in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
4. Travel Details
The ST must carefully select and verify the travel date, route, destination, itinerary, and other booking details before completing payment.
The ST is responsible for reviewing the final booking information and confirming that it is correct.
5. Travel Assistance
Depending on the selected service, an SP may provide ordinary travel assistance such as:
- Check-in assistance;
- Airport navigation;
- Luggage assistance;
- Wheelchair or accessibility coordination;
- Assistance with ordinary travel forms;
- Finding gates and airport facilities;
- Check-out assistance; and
- General travel companionship.
The actual service depends on the booking and applicable Journey Contract.
6. No Medical or Professional Care
Travellios and SPs do not provide medical treatment, nursing, professional caregiving, medical monitoring, diagnosis, medication administration, or emergency medical care.
The ST is responsible for arranging any required professional medical, personal-care, accessibility, or emergency services.
7. Identity Verification
Travellios may use a third-party identity-verification provider to verify ST and SP identities.
The third-party provider performs the verification process for Travellios under a written contract with Travellios.
Travellios receives the verification result but does not itself review identification documents or perform any facial match, and Travellios does not share identity-verification information with other users.
Where verification uses a facial scan or any other biometric identifier, the ST must first accept the separate Travellios Biometric Information Notice and Release.
Travellios may disclose applicable information to police, law-enforcement agencies, government authorities, courts, regulators, or other legally authorized authorities when required or permitted by law.
8. Travel Documents and Requirements
The ST is responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required travel documents, including passports, visas, identification, tickets, permits, and other required documents.
The ST is also responsible for confirming applicable airline, immigration, customs, visa, and destination requirements.
9. Booking and Payment
The ST may be required to pay:
- Airline or travel booking charges;
- SP fees, charged for each flight segment;
- Travellios service fees, charged once per booking;
- Taxes and government charges;
- Identity verification fees; and
- Other charges disclosed before payment.
The ST must carefully review all charges and booking information before completing payment.
10. Non-Refundable Travellios Fees
These fees remain non-refundable if the ST cancels, changes travel plans, does not travel, does not use the SP service, misses a flight, or otherwise does not complete the journey, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
11. Service Provider Fee
The SP Fee may be held by Travellios until the applicable journey or service has been completed.
If the SP does not provide all or part of the agreed service, does not show up, leaves before completing the agreed service, or otherwise fails to fulfill the agreed service, Travellios may review the matter and may withhold, reduce, or adjust all or part of the SP Fee.
Any portion of the SP Fee that Travellios withholds from the SP is refunded to the ST's original payment method under the Payment Terms.
12. Cancellation and Changes
Airline ticket cancellations, changes, credits, and refunds are subject to the applicable airline or travel supplier rules.
Travellios service fees, identity verification fees, and applicable Travellios cancellation fees remain non-refundable as stated in these ST Terms.
13. Journey Contract
After the ST and SP are connected, Travellios may generate a Journey Contract containing the agreed journey and service details.
The ST and SP are required to follow the applicable Journey Contract.
The Journey Contract records the journey date, route, meeting point, agreed assistance, and SP Fee for each flight segment. If the Journey Contract conflicts with these ST Terms, these ST Terms control.
14. Sharing Journey Information
Travellios will share necessary journey and contact information between the ST and SP to allow them to coordinate and complete the booked journey and service.
This may include, as applicable:
- ST and SP contact information;
- Travel date and itinerary;
- Meeting or pickup information;
- Destination and route information;
- Service requirements; and
- Other information reasonably necessary for journey coordination.
The ST understands and agrees that Travellios may provide the ST's applicable contact information to the selected SP and the SP's applicable contact information to the ST for purposes directly related to the booked journey.
The ST must use the SP's contact information only for legitimate journey-related purposes and must comply with the confidentiality, privacy, and post-journey contact requirements in these ST Terms.
15. Confidentiality of SP Information
The ST must keep the SP's personal and contact information confidential.
The ST must not disclose, publish, sell, transfer, or provide the SP's information to another person without authorization, except when required or permitted by law or reasonably necessary for an emergency or safety situation.
16. Privacy and Respect
The ST must respect the SP's privacy, personal boundaries, and confidentiality.
The ST must not use the SP's information to harass, threaten, monitor, locate, contact family or employers without authorization, publish online, sell, transfer, or otherwise misuse the information.
17. Service Provider Details and Post-Journey Contact
The ST may view the selected SP's applicable profile and available service information during the booking process.
The ST may use the SP's contact information only for legitimate purposes directly related to the scheduled journey, including:
- Journey coordination;
- Meeting arrangements;
- Travel assistance;
- Safety matters; and
- Other legitimate communication related to the booked service.
The ST's confidentiality and privacy obligations continue after the journey.
After the journey is completed, the ST must not use, disclose, share, publish, sell, transfer, or otherwise misuse the SP's contact or personal information for unrelated or unauthorized purposes.
The ST must not use information obtained through Travellios to arrange related paid travel assistance directly with an SP for the purpose of avoiding Travellios fees, verification, booking procedures, or other Platform requirements.
Exceptions may apply where contact or disclosure is reasonably necessary for an emergency, immediate safety matter, return of lost property, legitimate booking/payment/service dispute, legal requirement, or other lawful and legitimate purpose.
18. No Circumvention
The ST must not bypass Travellios booking, payment, verification, or service procedures to avoid applicable fees or requirements.
19. Luggage and Personal Property
The ST is responsible for maintaining control of their own luggage, baggage, passport, travel documents, money, electronics, medication, and other personal property.
The ST should not blindly trust another person with important belongings or documents.
20. Unknown or Unverified Items
The ST must not accept, carry, store, or transport an unknown or unverified item for an SP or another person.
The ST must never allow an SP or another person to place an unknown or unverified item inside the ST's luggage.
Travellios does not inspect, approve, certify, or guarantee the contents of luggage or packages.
21. Emergencies and Safety
The ST is responsible for obtaining appropriate emergency or professional assistance when necessary.
In an emergency, the ST should contact the appropriate emergency services or responsible authority.
An SP may assist with contacting emergency services when reasonably possible and safe but is not an emergency medical provider.
22. Airline Delays, Cancellations, and Baggage
Travellios does not control airline operations.
Flight delays, cancellations, missed connections, denied boarding, baggage delays, baggage loss, baggage damage, and other airline-related issues are generally handled by the applicable airline or travel supplier. Travellios handles the refunds that the Cancellation & Refund Policy assigns to Travellios, including airfare refunds when Travellios is the merchant of record.
23. ST Conduct
The ST must not:
- Harass, threaten, abuse, or intimidate an SP;
- Engage in unlawful or criminal conduct;
- Violate another person's privacy;
- Share another user's personal information without authorization;
- Knowingly transport prohibited or unlawful items;
- Ask another person to carry an unknown or prohibited item;
- Provide false or misleading information;
- Misuse Travellios; or
- Attempt to circumvent Travellios policies or fees.
24. Service Problems and Disputes
If the ST believes that the SP:
- Did not show up for the agreed service;
- Cancelled the service before or during the journey;
- Left before completing the agreed service;
- Failed to provide all or part of the agreed service; or
- Otherwise did not provide the service described in the booking or Journey Contract,
the ST may report the issue to Travellios and file a dispute within forty-eight (48) hours after the scheduled journey completion time (the “Dispute Window”).
At the end of the journey, the ST may provide a rating and review based on the actual service received.
The ST should provide accurate and relevant information when submitting a dispute, including the nature of the problem and any supporting information reasonably available.
Dispute Payment Hold
During the investigation period, Travellios may review relevant information, including the Journey Contract, booking records, communications, journey records, ratings, reviews, and information provided by the ST and SP.
After completing the investigation, Travellios may determine whether the SP Fee should be:
- Released to the SP in full;
- Released in part;
- Withheld in whole or in part; or
- Refunded to the ST, for any portion not released to the SP.
The payment hold may be extended when reasonably necessary due to incomplete information, an ongoing investigation, a safety issue, a payment-provider requirement, or another matter outside Travellios's reasonable control. Any extension will not exceed ten (10) additional Business Days, and Travellios will notify the ST and the SP by email of any extension and of its final decision.
Travellios's determination will be based on the information reasonably available to Travellios and applicable Travellios policies.
25. Ratings and Reviews
The ST may provide a rating or review after the journey.
Ratings and reviews must be truthful, relevant, and respectful and should reflect the actual service received.
False, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory, or misleading reviews are prohibited.
A rating or review does not replace the ST's right to file a dispute under Section 24.
26. Account Suspension or Termination
Travellios may suspend, restrict, or terminate an ST account if the ST violates these ST Terms or other Travellios policies, provides false information, creates a safety or security concern, fails to pay amounts owed, violates privacy requirements, or engages in unlawful or prohibited conduct. Where appropriate, Travellios will give the ST notice and an opportunity to respond before taking final action.
27. Electronic Acceptance
By checking the acceptance box at registration or checkout, the ST accepts these ST Terms and all applicable Travellios Terms and Policies.
No separate acknowledgment is required for each individual policy or section unless required by applicable law.
28. Final Service Taker Confirmation
By registering or using Travellios as a Service Taker, the ST confirms that they:
- Will carefully select the SP;
- Will review the SP's travel date, profile, available details, rating, and reviews before selection;
- Will carefully verify their own travel date, route, destination, and itinerary before booking;
