Travellios — Service Provider Terms & Conditions
- Effective Date: September 30, 2026
These Service Provider Terms & Conditions (“SP Terms”) apply to any person who registers with Travellios as a Service Provider (“SP”) and agrees to provide travel assistance to a Service Taker (“ST”) through the Travellios platform.
By registering as a Service Provider, accepting a service request, or providing services through Travellios, you agree to these SP Terms, the Terms of Use of Kishreeja LLC, doing business as Travellios, the Privacy Policy, the Payment Terms, the Cancellation & Refund Policy, and the Safety Policy and User Conduct Requirements. These SP Terms form part of the Terms of Use.

1. Service Provider Role
A Service Provider is an individual traveler who is already planning to travel and voluntarily agrees to provide reasonable travel assistance to a Service Taker traveling on the same or a compatible route.
The Service Provider is an independent participant and is not an employee, agent, or representative of Travellios.
The SP is responsible for complying with applicable laws, airline requirements, airport rules, immigration requirements, and other applicable regulations.
2. Eligibility
To become and remain a Service Provider, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old and physically able to perform the assistance you accept, including walking airport distances, standing in lines, and helping the ST move through the airport.
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration and booking.
- Complete required identity verification.
- Maintain a valid booking for your own journey.
- Agree to the applicable Service Provider Terms before accepting a service.
- Comply with Travellios policies and applicable laws.
Travellios may decline, suspend, or terminate an SP account if the SP does not meet the eligibility requirements, provides inaccurate information, fails required verification, or violates these Terms.
3. Identity and Third-Party Verification
Service Providers are required to complete identity verification before participating as an SP on Travellios.
The SP authorizes the third-party verification provider designated by Travellios (the “Verification Provider”) to collect, process, verify, and check, for Travellios, information provided by the SP for identity verification, eligibility, fraud prevention, safety, and compliance purposes.
Verification may include information such as name, date of birth, address, identity information, and other information reasonably required to complete verification.
The SP understands that verification and applicable checks may be performed by an independent third-party verification provider.
Travellios may receive the verification result or status from the third-party provider and may use that result to determine whether the SP is eligible to participate.
Where verification uses a facial scan or any other biometric identifier, the Verification Provider collects it only after the SP accepts the separate Travellios Biometric Information Notice and Release.
Where the third-party verification provider performs verification without providing government identification documents to Travellios, Travellios may not receive or retain copies of those documents, except where required or permitted by applicable law.
The SP must not provide false information, attempt to circumvent verification, or allow another person to use their account or provide services on their behalf.
4. Accurate Travel Information
The SP must provide accurate information about:
- Departure and arrival locations.
- Travel date and time.
- Flight or transportation details.
- Connection information, where applicable.
- Destination.
- Available assistance.
- Other information reasonably required to coordinate the journey.
If the SP changes, cancels, or loses their own travel booking, the SP must notify Travellios as soon as reasonably possible.
5. Accepting a Service Request
When an SP selects or accepts an opportunity to provide assistance to an ST, the SP agrees to the applicable service terms.
To accept a service request, the SP must keep a valid payment card on file with Travellios. When the SP is connected with an ST, Travellios places an authorization hold on that card for the SP Cancellation Charge stated in the Payment Terms. Travellios releases the hold after the SP completes the agreed service, and it collects the charge from the card if the SP cancels, fails to appear, or otherwise fails to provide the agreed service.
Once the SP is connected with an ST and accepts the service, the SP is expected to complete the agreed service.
The SP should accept a service only when they reasonably expect to be able to complete the journey and provide the agreed assistance.
By accepting a service, the SP confirms that they are able and available to provide the agreed service.
6. Service Provider Responsibilities
The SP agrees to provide the assistance accepted through Travellios and make reasonable efforts to support the ST throughout the agreed service period.
A. Before the Journey
The SP is responsible for:
- Contacting the ST through the contact information provided by Travellios three (3) days before the scheduled journey date.
- Confirming the ST's expected arrival time.
- Confirming the meeting point, terminal, gate, or other designated meeting location.
- Reviewing the ST's agreed assistance requirements.
- Coordinating reasonable changes to arrival time, flight status, gate, terminal, or meeting location.
- Informing Travellios and the ST as soon as reasonably possible if the SP's travel plans change or the SP may be unable to provide the service.
B. Meeting the Service Taker
The SP must make reasonable efforts to:
- Arrive at the agreed meeting point on time.
- Identify and meet the ST using information provided through Travellios.
- Communicate with the ST if the flight, arrival time, gate, terminal, or meeting location changes.
- Remain reasonably available during the agreed service period.
C. Gate-to-Gate and Airport Assistance
Where included in the agreed service and permitted by the applicable airline or airport, the SP should provide reasonable gate-to-gate assistance, including where applicable:
- Helping the ST navigate the airport.
- Assisting with terminal or gate changes.
- Helping locate check-in, security, immigration, baggage claim, boarding, or connecting-flight areas.
- Assisting with airport transfers and connections.
- Providing reasonable assistance with the ST's own luggage without taking possession of or carrying the ST's luggage.
- Helping locate airport facilities and services.
- Providing reasonable companionship and guidance.
The SP must follow all airline, airport, security, immigration, and other applicable rules.
D. Ground Transportation Assistance
If the ST requires assistance arranging a taxi, cab, rideshare, airport transportation, or other ground transportation, the SP may provide reasonable assistance with booking or coordination where possible.
The SP is not responsible for the transportation provider's performance, including delays, cancellations, pricing, safety, or other matters outside the SP's reasonable control.
E. Handover to a Receiving Person
If a family member, friend, caregiver, authorized representative, driver, or other designated person is coming to receive the ST, the SP should:
- Help the ST locate the designated receiving person.
- Assist with reasonable communication or coordination.
- Help the ST safely meet the designated person.
- Where reasonably possible, confirm that the ST has been successfully connected with the designated person.
- Complete the agreed handover in accordance with the Journey Contract.
The SP should not hand over the ST to an unidentified or unauthorized person when circumstances reasonably indicate a safety concern.
F. Completion of Service
The SP should remain with and assist the ST until the agreed service has been completed, including applicable destination arrival or handover.
The SP must not intentionally leave the ST before completing the agreed service or handover, except where:
- The ST confirms that assistance is no longer required.
- The ST has been successfully handed over to the designated receiving person.
- There is an emergency or reasonable safety concern.
- An airline, airport, security, immigration, or other authorized authority requires the SP to leave.
- Another circumstance outside the SP's reasonable control prevents completion.
G. Communication and Reporting
The SP must promptly notify Travellios if:
- The SP cannot locate the ST.
- The ST does not arrive at the agreed meeting point.
- The ST's flight or travel schedule changes.
- The agreed meeting point changes.
- The SP is unable to provide the agreed assistance.
- A serious safety or security concern occurs.
- The agreed handover cannot be completed.
- Any other circumstance may prevent successful completion of the service.
H. Limits of SP Responsibilities
The SP provides reasonable travel assistance and companionship and is not required to provide medical, nursing, security, legal, immigration, or other professional services unless appropriately qualified and legally permitted to do so.
The SP does not control airlines, airports, transportation providers, immigration authorities, security personnel, or other third parties and is not responsible for matters outside the SP's reasonable control.
Ability to Provide the Service
The SP must be able and available to provide the agreed service at the scheduled time and throughout the applicable journey.
If the SP becomes unable to provide the service for any reason, the SP must notify Travellios as soon as reasonably possible.
Failure to provide the agreed service may result in cancellation of the service and loss of the applicable SP service fee.
7. No Guarantee of Airline or Airport Services
The SP does not control airlines, airports, immigration authorities, security personnel, baggage services, or other transportation providers.
The SP is not responsible for delays, cancellations, lost luggage, denied boarding, immigration decisions, security decisions, or other matters outside the SP's reasonable control.
The SP must not make promises or guarantees on behalf of Travellios, an airline, airport, or government authority.
8. Communication With the Service Taker
For safety, privacy, and journey coordination purposes, Travellios will generally make the applicable contact information of the SP and ST available to each other three (3) days before the scheduled journey date.
Once contact information is made available, the SP and ST may communicate directly for purposes related to the agreed service, including:
- Confirming arrival time.
- Confirming the meeting point.
- Confirming terminal, gate, or other meeting details.
- Coordinating changes to the travel schedule.
- Discussing the assistance required.
- Coordinating airport transportation or handover arrangements.
The SP must use the contact information only for the agreed Travellios journey and must not use it for harassment, unauthorized solicitation, or any unlawful or inappropriate purpose.
The SP must not intentionally bypass Travellios' booking or payment system to arrange unauthorized services directly with an ST.
9. Sharing Journey Information
Travellios may share relevant journey and contact information between the SP and ST when reasonably necessary to coordinate the service.
Three (3) days before the scheduled journey date, Travellios may share the applicable contact information of the SP and ST with each other.
Information shared may include:
- First name and permitted identifying information.
- Permitted contact information.
- Travel date.
- Flight or transportation information.
- Departure and arrival locations.
- Terminal or gate information where available.
- Meeting or coordination information.
- Service requirements.
- Handover or receiving-person information where applicable.
Travellios may limit, modify, or delay the sharing of information where reasonably necessary for safety, privacy, security, fraud prevention, operational, or legal reasons.
10. Meeting and Identification
The SP and ST are responsible for following the meeting instructions provided through Travellios.
The SP should use information available through Travellios to identify and meet the ST.
The SP must not request unnecessary personal information from the ST.
11. Cancellation by Service Provider
Once an SP has been connected with an ST and accepted the service, the SP is expected to complete the agreed service.
If the SP subsequently cancels the accepted service:
- The SP will not be eligible to claim or receive the applicable service fee.
- The SP Cancellation Charge stated in the Payment Terms ($20 when every flight segment is domestic and $35 when at least one segment is international, charged once per booking) applies and is collected from the authorization hold on the SP's payment card.
- Travellios may withhold any pending payment associated with the cancelled service.
- Repeated, last-minute, or unreasonable cancellations may result in suspension, loss of eligibility, or termination of the SP account.
The SP must notify Travellios as soon as reasonably possible if an unavoidable circumstance prevents completion of the service.
Travellios may consider the reason and circumstances of the cancellation when determining applicable charges or other action.
12. Service Provider No-Show
Once an SP has been connected with an ST and accepted the service, the SP is required to appear at the agreed meeting point and time and make reasonable efforts to provide the agreed service.
If the SP fails to appear without a reasonable and documented reason, it may be treated as a Service Provider No-Show.
In the event of a No-Show:
- The SP will not be eligible to claim or receive the applicable service fee.
- The SP Cancellation Charge stated in the Payment Terms applies and is collected from the authorization hold on the SP's payment card.
- Travellios may withhold or cancel any pending SP payment associated with the service.
- Repeated No-Shows may result in suspension, loss of eligibility, or termination of the SP account.
The SP must immediately notify Travellios if an emergency or circumstance outside the SP's reasonable control prevents attendance.
Travellios may review the circumstances and supporting information before determining whether additional charges or other action applies.
13. Mid-Journey Failure
If an SP begins providing the agreed service but stops providing the service before the journey or agreed service is completed, this may be treated as a Mid-Journey Failure.
Depending on the circumstances:
- The SP may not be eligible for the applicable service fee.
- Travellios may withhold or not release the SP payment.
- Travellios may deduct up to 100% of the applicable SP service fee. Any amount deducted is refunded to the ST.
- Travellios may collect the SP Cancellation Charge from the authorization hold on the SP's payment card.
- Travellios may review the SP's account.
- The SP may be suspended or terminated where appropriate.
Travellios may consider the portion of the service completed and the circumstances when determining the final payment outcome.
14. Changes to the Service Provider's Journey
If the SP's flight or travel itinerary changes, the SP must promptly notify Travellios.
If the change makes it impossible or impractical to provide the agreed service, Travellios may cancel the service arrangement and determine the applicable payment outcome.
The SP must not knowingly continue accepting a service when they know they will not be able to complete it.
15. Service Provider Payment
The SP will receive the applicable service payment three (3) Business Days (as defined in the Payment Terms) after successfully completing the journey, subject to these Terms and the applicable payment process.
The service payment is not earned merely by accepting a service. The SP must successfully complete the agreed service before payment is released.
The SP receives the SP Fee for each flight segment on which the SP provides the agreed service, at $50 for each domestic segment and $100 for each international segment, as stated in the Payment Terms. For example, an SP who provides the service on a Chicago to Dubai to New Delhi to Ahmedabad itinerary receives $250.
If the ST does not file a dispute within the forty-eight (48) hour Dispute Window stated in the Service Taker Terms, the applicable SP payment will be processed and released three (3) Business Days after completion of the journey.
If the ST files a dispute, Travellios may place the SP payment on hold while it investigates the matter. The payment may be held for up to fourteen (14) Business Days from the date the dispute is filed, plus any extension of up to ten (10) Business Days stated in the Payment Terms. Travellios will notify the SP by email when a dispute is filed, the SP may submit information within five (5) Business Days after that notice, and Travellios will send the SP its decision by email.
After completing its review, Travellios may release, partially release, or withhold the applicable payment based on the circumstances, applicable policies, and applicable law.
If the SP cancels after being connected with the ST, is a No-Show, or fails to complete the agreed service, the SP is not eligible to claim the applicable service fee, and applicable cancellation, No-Show, or other charges may apply.
16. Disputes and Payment Holds
If an ST reports that the SP:
- Did not show up.
- Cancelled without an appropriate reason.
- Failed to provide the agreed service.
- Stopped providing the service during the journey.
- Provided substantially different service from what was agreed.
- Otherwise violated the applicable service terms.
The ST may submit a dispute through Travellios.
When a dispute is filed, the applicable SP payment may be placed on hold for up to fourteen (14) Business Days while Travellios investigates the matter.
Travellios may request information from the SP, ST, airline, transportation provider, or other relevant parties.
After reviewing the available information, Travellios may release, partially release, or withhold up to 100% of the applicable SP service fee, with any withheld amount refunded to the ST,, depending on the outcome of the investigation and applicable policies.
17. Service Quality and Reviews
After the journey, the ST may provide a rating, review, or feedback regarding the service provided.
The SP agrees that ratings and reviews may be displayed or used by Travellios in accordance with its policies.
False, fraudulent, abusive, discriminatory, or misleading reviews or attempts to manipulate ratings are prohibited.
18. Prohibited Conduct
An SP must not:
- Provide false or misleading information.
- Use another person's account.
- Transfer an accepted service to another person without Travellios' approval.
- Harass, threaten, discriminate against, or abuse an ST.
- Engage in inappropriate or unlawful conduct.
- Request unnecessary personal or financial information.
- Misuse an ST's personal information.
- Accept, carry, transport, or hold any item, luggage, package, parcel, document, medication, or personal belonging belonging to the ST or another person.
- Carry prohibited, illegal, dangerous, or suspicious items.
- Circumvent Travellios' fees or payment system.
- Collect payment directly from an ST for the Travellios service.
- Engage in conduct that creates an unreasonable safety or security risk.
19. Luggage, Baggage, and Prohibited Items
For the safety and security of all travelers, the SP must not accept, receive, carry, transport, or hold any luggage, baggage, package, parcel, document, medication, item, or personal belonging from the ST or from any other person.
This prohibition applies even if the person asks the SP to carry the item temporarily or claims that the item is harmless or belongs to them.
The SP must:
- Never agree to carry or transport an item on behalf of the ST or another person.
- Never accept an unknown, sealed, suspicious, unattended, or unverified package, bag, parcel, or other item.
- Remain vigilant for drugs, prohibited items, weapons, hazardous materials, illegal goods, restricted items, or suspicious packages.
- Not allow another person to place an item, package, or belonging into the SP's luggage or personal belongings.
- Keep the SP's own luggage and personal belongings under the SP's control throughout the journey.
- Never leave the SP's luggage unattended.
- Never permit another person to access or place anything in the SP's luggage without the SP's knowledge and consent.
- Not take possession of the ST's luggage or personal belongings.
- When assisting the ST with baggage, keep the ST with the SP and ensure that the ST remains present and observes the baggage handling and handover.
- Encourage the ST to personally observe and confirm their own baggage when baggage is being handed over, collected, transferred, or received.
- Not accept responsibility for baggage or belongings belonging to another person.
- Immediately notify Travellios and, where appropriate, airline personnel, airport security, law enforcement, or another relevant authority if the SP becomes aware of or reasonably suspects that prohibited, illegal, dangerous, or suspicious items are involved.
The SP must exercise reasonable vigilance throughout the journey and must not knowingly participate in the transportation, transfer, concealment, or handling of prohibited or illegal items.
The SP remains responsible for complying with all applicable airline, airport, customs, security, immigration, and other legal requirements concerning the SP's own baggage and belongings.
20. Safety
Safety is a fundamental requirement of the Travellios service.
The SP must immediately report serious safety concerns or incidents to Travellios and, where appropriate, the relevant airport, airline, emergency service, or authority.
The SP should prioritize safety over completion of the service when a situation presents a reasonable safety or security concern.
Travellios may suspend an account while investigating a safety-related complaint.
21. Confidentiality and Privacy
The SP may receive personal or journey-related information about an ST solely for the purpose of providing the agreed service.
The SP must:
- Keep such information confidential.
- Use it only for the agreed journey.
- Not sell, share, publish, or misuse the information.
- Not retain unnecessary copies of personal information.
- Delete ST information no later than thirty (30) days after the journey ends, unless an open dispute, safety report, or legal obligation requires the SP to keep it longer.
22. Post-Journey Contact
After the journey is completed, Travellios may permit the ST and SP to view certain information or communicate with each other in accordance with Travellios' policies.
Any post-journey contact must remain respectful and lawful.
The SP must not use information obtained through Travellios to harass, solicit, threaten, discriminate against, or otherwise misuse the ST.
Travellios may restrict or remove post-journey communication if it presents a safety, privacy, or policy concern.
23. Independent Service Provider
The SP acknowledges that they are an independent participant using the Travellios platform and are not an employee, partner, joint venturer, agent, or legal representative of Travellios.
Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, or franchise relationship between the SP and Travellios.
The SP decides whether to accept any service request and may decline a request without penalty. The SP sets their own travel plans and availability, may offer services through other platforms, and uses their own judgment about how to deliver the agreed assistance within the Journey Contract. Travellios does not set working hours or require a minimum number of services.
The SP is responsible for their own taxes, permits, licenses, insurance, and other legal obligations that may apply to their activities.
24. Taxes
The SP is responsible for determining and paying any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with payments received through Travellios.
Travellios or its payment processor may issue IRS Form 1099-K or other tax forms when required by law, and the SP agrees to provide accurate taxpayer information on request.
25. Account Suspension or Termination
Travellios may suspend, restrict, or terminate an SP account if Travellios reasonably believes that the SP:
- Violated these Terms.
- Provided false information.
- Failed verification.
- Engaged in unsafe or unlawful conduct.
- Repeatedly cancelled accepted services.
- Repeatedly failed to provide accepted services.
- Misused ST information.
- Attempted to circumvent Travellios' booking or payment system.
- Accepted or carried prohibited or suspicious items.
- Created a risk to another user or Travellios.
Where appropriate, Travellios may provide notice and an opportunity to respond before taking final action.
26. Changes to These Terms
Travellios may update these SP Terms from time to time.
Material changes may be communicated through the website, application, email, or other appropriate communication method. Travellios will give at least fourteen (14) days' notice by email before a material change to SP payment terms or charges takes effect.
Continued use of the Travellios platform after the effective date of updated Terms may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by applicable law.
27. Agreement and Acceptance
By checking the acceptance box at registration and again when accepting a service request, the SP confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Service Provider Terms & Conditions.
The SP also agrees to comply with the applicable Travellios Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, payment terms, safety requirements, and other policies applicable to the service.
