TRAVEL BOOKING POLICY

  • Effective Date: September 30, 2026

This Travel Booking Policy (“Policy”) applies to both the Service Taker (“ST”) and the Service Provider (“SP”) when either party books or participates in air travel through the Travellios platform. Kishreeja LLC, doing business as Travellios (“Travellios”), issues this Policy as part of its Terms of Use.

By checking the acceptance box at checkout, each party agrees to comply with this Policy, the applicable airline’s terms and conditions, and the other policies listed in Section 9 of the Terms of Use.

1. Travel Booking

Travellios sells airline tickets through a third-party booking provider that holds a contract with the airline for the transportation offered. The booking statement names the airline, the booking provider, and the merchant of record for the fare. The airline ticket is subject to the applicable airline’s fare rules, conditions of carriage, policies, and restrictions.

A booking is considered confirmed only after the required payment has been successfully processed and an airline ticket number has been issued. At the time of payment, Travellios provides the booking statement described in Section 1 of the Illinois Consumer Disclosures.

2. Passenger Information

Both ST and SP are responsible for providing complete and accurate information required for their travel booking.

Each party must ensure that the passenger name and other information provided during booking are accurate and consistent with the applicable travel documents.

Travellios is not responsible for consequences arising from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by a traveler. Name corrections and passenger changes are subject to airline rules and may carry airline fees.

3. Airfare, Taxes, and Fees

Airfares, taxes, baggage charges, seat charges, and other airline-related fees may vary depending on the airline, route, fare type, availability, and applicable rules.

The applicable price and charges will be presented during the booking process. Prices and availability are not guaranteed until the booking is completed and the ticket is issued. If the fare increases after you pay and before the ticket issues, Travellios will not charge the higher amount without your consent, and you may cancel the booking for a full refund.

4. Airline Rules

All airline bookings are subject to the applicable airline's rules and conditions.

Airlines may change flight times, cancel flights, change routes, or make other changes.

Travellios does not control airline operations or flight schedules. When Travellios receives notice of a cancellation or significant schedule change, Travellios notifies you by email and in-app notice and tells you about any refund right the change creates.

Travellios passes any wheelchair or other disability-assistance request you enter at booking to the airline. The airline provides that assistance under federal disability rules, and an SP does not replace it.

5. Cancellation and Refund

Airline cancellation, change, rebooking, and refund rules are determined by the applicable airline and fare conditions.

When Travellios is the merchant of record and the airline cancels or significantly changes the flight, Travellios refunds the fare, taxes, and ancillary fees within seven (7) business days for card payments and twenty (20) calendar days for other payment methods if you decline the alternative offered. If the airline cancels the transportation through no fault of the passenger, Travellios promptly refunds all money paid to Travellios for services not performed. The Cancellation & Refund Policy governs all other refunds.

Cancellation charges for the travel companion service are stated in the Payment Terms and the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Travel Documents

Both ST and SP are responsible for having the required passport, visa, permits, and other travel documents.

Each traveler is responsible for checking the entry, immigration, customs, and other requirements for their journey.

7. Baggage and Personal Property

Both ST and SP are responsible for their own baggage and personal belongings.

Neither party may accept or carry unknown packages, baggage, or property for another person.

Both parties must keep possession of their own baggage and must not knowingly carry illegal, prohibited, dangerous, or restricted items.

8. Identity Verification

Travellios may use a third-party identity verification service for safety and security.

The third-party provider performs verification for Travellios under a written contract, and any facial scan or other biometric identifier is collected only after the user accepts the separate Travellios Biometric Information Notice and Release.

9. Communication

Travellios may use third-party services for email, SMS, phone calls, notifications, and in-app communication. Automated texts and calls follow the consent and opt-out terms in Section 39 of the Terms of Use.

Both ST and SP are responsible for keeping their contact information accurate and checking important travel communications.

10. Third-Party Service Problems

Travellios depends on third-party systems and services for some travel and platform functions.

Travellios is not responsible for delays, outages, errors, or failures caused by an independent third-party provider, airline, payment provider, airport, or other service provider, except where required by applicable law. This Section does not limit any refund that Travellios owes under the Cancellation & Refund Policy or applicable law.

11. Traveler Responsibility

Both ST and SP are responsible for their own travel, documents, payments, baggage, and conduct.

Each party must follow applicable laws, airline rules, airport requirements, and Travellios policies.

12. Acceptance

By checking the acceptance box at checkout, both ST and SP confirm that they have read and agreed to this Travel Booking Policy and the other applicable Travellios terms and policies.
