Marketplace/Platform Disclaimers

1. Travellios as a Marketplace Platform

Kishreeja LLC, doing business as Travellios (“Travellios,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates an online marketplace and technology platform that enables travelers (“Service Takers” or “ST”) to connect with individuals who offer travel companion and support services (“Service Providers” or “SP”).

Travellios facilitates the connection, booking, payment processing, communication, and administrative functions between users. Travellios is not the Service Provider and does not itself provide the personal travel companion or support services offered by Service Providers. When Travellios sells an airline ticket, it does so through a third-party booking provider, and the booking confirmation names the airline, the booking provider, and the merchant of record.

2. Independent Service Providers

Service Providers are independent users of the Travellios platform and are not employees, agents, representatives, partners, or contractors of Travellios solely because they use the platform or provide services through it.

Travellios does not control the manner in which a Service Provider performs the agreed service, except for the safety requirements and Platform rules published in the Safety Policy and User Conduct Requirements and the Service Provider Terms & Conditions.

Service Providers decide whether to accept a request, set their own availability, and may use other platforms, as described in Section 23 of the Service Provider Terms & Conditions.

Nothing on the platform should be interpreted as creating an employment, agency, joint venture, partnership, or fiduciary relationship between Travellios and a Service Provider.

3. User-to-User Transactions

A booking between an ST and an SP creates an agreement between those users, recorded in the Journey Contract. Travellios provides the technology and marketplace infrastructure through which the agreement is formed, and it collects the SP Fee as the limited payment collection agent of the Service Provider under the Payment Terms.

Users are responsible for reviewing the service details, travel information, applicable terms, and other information before confirming a booking.

Travellios does not guarantee that a particular Service Provider will meet a user's individual expectations, preferences, or requirements.

4. No Guarantee of Service Availability or Suitability

Travellios does not guarantee:

• that a suitable Service Provider will always be available;
• that a particular Service Provider will accept a booking;
• that a Service Provider will provide services exactly as expected by an ST;
• that a Service Provider's profile, experience, language ability, or other information will meet an ST's expectations;
• that the services will be suitable for every individual traveler's specific needs; or
• that a user's travel plans will proceed without interruption, delay, cancellation, or other circumstances beyond Travellios' control.

Users should independently consider whether a particular service arrangement is appropriate for their circumstances before completing a booking.

5. User-Provided Information

Information displayed on the platform may be provided by users, including profile information, travel preferences, languages, experience, service descriptions, and other user-generated content.

Travellios does not guarantee that all user-provided information is complete, accurate, current, or error-free.

Users are responsible for providing truthful and accurate information and for promptly updating information that becomes inaccurate or outdated.

6. Verification Disclaimer

Travellios may use third-party identity verification services to verify certain information about users.

Verification is intended to help confirm a user's identity and does not constitute a guarantee, certification, endorsement, or representation by Travellios regarding the user's character, conduct, qualifications, safety, reliability, or suitability.

A verified status should not be interpreted as a guarantee that a user will behave appropriately or perform a service as expected. Verification is not a criminal background check.

7. No Endorsement

The appearance of a Service Provider, profile, rating, review, language, experience, or other information on Travellios does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee by Travellios.

Ratings and reviews represent the opinions and experiences of individual users and may not reflect the views or opinions of Travellios. Travellios does not write, pay for, or selectively suppress reviews, and it removes a review only when the review violates the content rules in the Terms of Use.

8. Travel and Airline Services

Travellios may facilitate access to or booking of airline tickets and other travel-related services through third-party travel suppliers, airlines, travel technology providers, or other partners.

Travellios does not operate airlines, airports, transportation systems, immigration services, or government travel services.

Airline schedules, fares, baggage rules, ticket restrictions, cancellations, delays, denied boarding, itinerary changes, and other travel matters may be controlled by the applicable airline or travel supplier.

Users remain responsible for complying with applicable airline, airport, immigration, visa, customs, passport, and other travel requirements.

9. No Guarantee of Travel Outcomes

Travellios does not guarantee that a user's travel will occur without delay, cancellation, disruption, missed connections, baggage problems, denied boarding, immigration issues, or other travel-related events.

Travellios is not responsible for circumstances caused by airlines, airports, government authorities, weather, natural events, strikes, security events, technical failures, or other circumstances outside Travellios' reasonable control, subject to applicable law. This Section does not limit any refund that Travellios owes under the Cancellation & Refund Policy or applicable law.

10. User Responsibility

Each user is responsible for exercising reasonable judgment and taking appropriate precautions when interacting with another user.

Users should:

• review relevant booking and service information;
• communicate only through permitted Travellios channels when required;
• follow Travellios' safety and conduct requirements;
• protect their personal information;
• comply with applicable laws and travel requirements; and
• promptly report suspected fraud, unsafe behavior, misconduct, prohibited items, or other violations to Travellios.

11. No Guarantee of Personal Safety

Travellios provides platform features and safety requirements intended to support safer interactions between users. However, Travellios cannot guarantee the personal safety, security, or conduct of any user.

Users understand that interactions between individuals involve inherent risks, and each user is responsible for taking reasonable precautions appropriate to their circumstances.

12. Third-Party Services

Travellios may rely on third-party providers for services such as payment processing, identity verification, travel inventory, communications, hosting, analytics, and other technology services.

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms, policies, availability, and limitations. Travellios is not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, or performance of independent third-party providers except as otherwise required by applicable law.

13. Platform Availability

Travellios does not guarantee that the website, application, marketplace, communication features, booking systems, or other platform services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Travellios may temporarily suspend, modify, restrict, or discontinue portions of the platform for maintenance, security, technical, legal, operational, or other legitimate reasons.

14. No Professional Advice

Information provided through Travellios is for general informational and platform-related purposes and should not be considered legal, medical, financial, immigration, insurance, or other professional advice.

Users should obtain appropriate professional advice when their circumstances require it.

15. Disputes Between Users

Travellios may provide procedures for reporting, investigating, reviewing, or resolving disputes between users. However, Travellios does not guarantee that every dispute will be resolved in favor of either party.

Where appropriate, Travellios may temporarily hold or delay applicable payments while a reported issue or dispute is reviewed, on the timeline stated in the Payment Terms.

16. Platform Role Does Not Eliminate User Responsibility

Using Travellios does not transfer a user's legal or personal responsibilities to Travellios.

Each user remains responsible for their own decisions, actions, communications, belongings, travel documents, compliance with applicable laws, and interactions with other users.

17. Limitation of Marketplace Representation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Travellios makes no representation or warranty that a Service Provider or Service Taker will:

• be available at a particular time;
• behave in a particular manner;
• provide or receive a service as expected;
• remain available throughout a journey;
• comply with every user preference; or
• fulfill every expectation of another user.

Nothing in these disclaimers limits rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

18. Changes to the Marketplace

Travellios may change, expand, restrict, suspend, or discontinue marketplace features, service categories, booking methods, communication functions, or other platform features at any time, subject to applicable law and any obligations applicable to confirmed bookings.

19. Acceptance of Marketplace Risks

By using Travellios, users acknowledge that Travellios is a technology-enabled marketplace and that interactions between independent users involve risks that cannot be completely eliminated through technology, verification, reviews, policies, or other platform measures. This acknowledgment does not waive any claim based on the negligence or willful misconduct of Travellios.

Users agree to use reasonable judgment and follow Travellios' applicable Terms, Safety Policy, Privacy Policy, Payment Terms, Cancellation and Refund Policy, and User Conduct requirements.
